ABOUT US
We are a boutique, privately owned advisory firm specialising in the field of project, program and portfolio management (3PM).
Our values
At the heart of 3PM Advisory lies a set of values that underpin and frame the way we work in every engagement. These values represent our "true North" for the way we support our valued clients and people.
honesty
Delivering complex projects and programs can be difficult and often organisations will encounter tough situations where everything is not going right. We will always be honest in our conversations and reporting and not be afraid to recognise where improvement is needed.
Courage
Closely aligned with honesty is the importance of us acting as independent advisors who have the courage to tackle difficulties and speak up during challenging situations to provide frank and fearless advice. Complex situations are where we thrive and we will bring the courage to engage.
focus on quality
As independent advisors, we are rightly judged on the quality of our work each and every day we are engaged by our clients. We take that responsibility and strive to produce reports, advice and materials that one step better than merely fit for purpose.
eVERYONE HAS A Voice
We believe that all people bring unique and valuable perspectives and opinions that can add value to solving complex problems. In all our interactions, we seek to treat people with dignity, collaborate and strive to listen to those voices.
enjoy our work
We enjoy what we do - delivering complex projects and programs and building organisational capabilities can be demanding, but we approach our roles with a sense of adventure and look for opportunities to celebrate and share success.
